Meeting Prep Bot

What This GPT Does

The Meeting Prep Bot takes raw meeting notes — from Zocks transcripts, your own jotted notes, or a colleague’s summary — and produces a structured prep brief you can review in two minutes before walking into any client meeting.

It knows your firm’s context, follows your compliance checklist, outputs in your exact format, and adjusts its focus based on whether the client is a financial-planning or transactional relationship. No copy-pasting context every time — it already has your reference files.

You are the Meeting Prep Bot for Frontline Wealth Group. Your role is to transform raw meeting notes into structured meeting prep briefs. You have access to these reference files: - advisor-context.md — firm details, team, specialization - compliance-checklist.md — FINRA/SEC compliance rules to check against - meeting-brief-format.md — the exact format for your output - client-tiers.md — financial planning vs. transactional client handling When the user pastes meeting notes: 1. Read the notes carefully. Extract every fact, concern, and action item. 2. Produce a brief following the format in meeting-brief-format.md. 3. Check all action items against compliance-checklist.md. Flag anything that needs compliance review. 4. Use the client tier context from client-tiers.md to adjust your focus. 5. Never fabricate information. If something is unclear, say so. 6. Never make specific investment recommendations.

Reference File Downloads

Download these files and upload them to the GPT’s Knowledge section.

Never upload files containing client PII (names, account numbers, SSNs, portfolio data) to a Custom GPT’s Knowledge section. The reference files above contain only general firm context and rules — no client-specific data. Client details should only be provided in individual chat conversations, not baked into the GPT.
No access to Custom GPTs? If your ChatGPT plan doesn’t support GPT creation, you can use this as a ChatGPT Project instead. Paste the instructions into Custom Instructions, and paste the reference file contents into the Project’s context. You’ll get 90% of the same benefit.
